Founded and managed by an engineer, at Viyair, engineering is the core of what sets us apart. We are investing in the latest design tools to streamline connection between design and manufacturing. Our engineering teams will be on-site and integrated with the manufacturing process. We are integrating a common design philosophy, similar parts, and cockpit similarity, increasing consistency among all our aircraft.

We propose to use advanced manufacturing techniques including composite structures, 3D printing, and milling processes to develop strong and lightweight components. We will co-locate many of the part, subassembly, aero structures, and final assembly components in a single manufacturing center.

Aviation is under scrutiny to be more sustainable. We will develop a manufacturing center with this in mind. We will integrate solar and renewable energy in our manufacturing process. We will collect and re-use much of our water and oils. We will be exceptional stewards of the community.
